Keynote Speaker: Amber Hudson Clark

Founder and Executive Director of M.A.S.H. (Military And Service Heroes) Pantry and Resource Center Amber Hudson Clark was born and raised in Ohio. Her journey started when she enlisted in the Navy at 19 and served as a Hospital Corpsman at Rickenbacker for three years.

After serving in the Navy Reserve, she attended college. In 2013, she began working at Chalmers P. Wylie Veterans Hospital, teaching veterans to navigate technology for telemedicine and prescription services. Amber’s dedication to serving the veteran community led her to establish the MA.S.H. Pantry alongside her mother and co-founder, Elaine DuShane. Since its doors opened in 2015, M.A.S.H. has expanded to five pantries and a central headquarters in Marysville, Ohio. M.A.S.H. provides essential programs and items, including food, personal hygiene items, clothing, and resources, that help support veterans, military personnel, Gold Star families, and survivors.

Amber initiated a monthly outreach program at the Commons at Livingston, offering complimentary produce, meals, and door prizes to a community of 100 formerly homeless veterans. M.A.S.H. also launched the Veteran Honor Gardens initiative and six new Camaraderie & Euchre tournaments to encourage veterans to engage in social activities.
